Abstract :
The aim of this study is to determine the risk factors effecting the labour turnover rate on 5 stars hotel establishments. The questionnaire was conducted 210 5 star hotel employees in Istanbul. According the results of this study, working time in workplace, daily working hours in workplace (individual characteristics) and career prospect, unhappiness (working life related characteristics) was determined as risk factors effecting labour turnover rate.
