Abstract :
The constantly changing era, which we are in now, the importance of transformational leadership style management, expressed as a leadership style which transforms environmental changes into opportunities is increasing in all institutions gradually. Transformational leadership aims to assess the environmental factors and transform them into opportunities and to gain the businesses competitive advantage and a forward visionary insight. The organizations which have transformational leadership style are becoming organizations which assess the phenomenons with a new eye are ready for the changes, the opportunities and the threats that future may create and the adaptability of which are high as improving their business processes. In this context, in the era of change, the leaders whose transformational leadership qualities outweigh are needed. In the study, it is aimed to explain the concept and the aspects of transformational leadership, to determine the organizational learning relationship and to reveal the transformational leadership paradigm in change.
