Abstract
The purpose of this study; is to examine and discuss in the framework of the social services an important capital of the country voluntary organizations. In this context in studies with a conceptual methodology, voluntary organizations in the context of social services were explained after presenting the definitions of multinational enterprises and voluntary organizations. Being talked about in recent years as a growing multinational aspect overlooking the importance of voluntary organizations to social services are highlighted.
