Abstract
Douglas McGregor s X and Y Theories have an important position in management approaches history. X Theory that was suggested by McGregor almost summarizing the Classical management approach, the Y Theory gives idea about the core of Neo-classical management approach. Managers and employees attitudes about Douglas McGregor s Theory X and Y can give an idea about their management approach preferences. In this sutdy, it is aimed to investigate how hotel managers and employees evaluate other employees with regards to Theory X and Y. At the end of research it is determined that participants have relatively closer point of view to Y Theory.
