Title Of Article :
Comparative of Lysozyme Activites of Rainbow Trout in Different Farms
Abstract :
Lysozyme is one of the most important humoral factors of non-specific immune system. It plays an important role in the defence system of fish against bacterial infections. In this study, rainbow trout in different business activities of the serum on lizozim some water quality parameters were investigated and the effect of fish weight. Ninety rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) were used. The rainbow trouts were obtained from three different fish farms at Aksu, Asagıgökdere, Çukurköy- Isparta, in March-May 2008. Physical and chemical paremeters of water quality were measured in this fish farms. Lysozyme content in blood serum was determined by using diffusion agar method. In conclusion, in the fish farms were found that water quality was different. Therefore serum lysozyme activity were shown significant changes in the samples (p 0,05). While fish weight increased, lysozyme activity enhanced in Asagıgökdere and Çukurköy fish farms. This study showed that lyzosyme activity can effective due to changes in water quality.
