Title Of Article :
Variation of Deposition Energy with the Target Thickness in Electron-Aluminum Interaction
Abstract :
Accelerators, which are high technology, has been setup in a large number of facility in the world. The accelerated beams can be used in particle or nuclear physics experiment. Thickness of target, which used in production bremsstrahlung photon by accelerated electrons, is important. In this study, the variation of energy deposition with target thickness has been investigated due to interaction of 8 MeV energy accelerated electron beam with aluminum target at different thicknesses. Depending the target thickness of energy deposition on Al target has been simulated using FLUKA code. The energy deposition on the target has increased with increasing thickness of target material.
