Abstract
This survey which summarized from my master thesis analyzes the level of the acts of mobbing suffered by the teachers as well as their genders, seniority, age, subject, educations status, education district characteristics and perpetrators characteristics and perpetrators. This survey was conducted by interviewing a total of 530 teachers in Elazığ.T-tests and variance analysis were conducted in order to determine general opinion of teachers, frequencies and percentages in identify details of the teachers interviewed as well as differences in opinions expressed by the group. They were tested at 0.05 significance level. As a result of the survey, gender, seniority and age were identified as the variables, where the largest difference was observed between the groups in terms of acts of mobbing suffered by teachers. More male teachers than female teachers, 20- 29ages teacher than 50+ ages teachers, more 1-5 seniority teachers than other teachers were confirmed to be exposed to acts of mobbing.
