Conclusion: In our study, the positive probability ratios for menstruel irregularities are 1.41 with cut-off values for estradiol 55.85 pg/ml, 1.08 with cut-off values for TSH 0.98 IU/L, 1.15 with cut-off values for testosteron 23.15 ng/dl. Climacteric symptoms were determined with cut-off values for FSH 6.58 IU/L, LH 3.66 IU/L, estradiol 46.7 pg/ml, testosteron 21.8 ng/dl. Results: Vasomotor symptoms and menstruel irregularities that change life standards can be prevented with blood hormone levels in women 40-50 years old.
