Abstract
Congenital cholesteatoma develops from the squamous epithelium that is located at middle ear, petrous bone and mastoid bone during embryological development of middle ear. Congenital cholesteatoma forms the 2-5% of all cholesteatomas. In this article, a 5 years old boy with bilateral -probably congenital-diffuse cholesteatoma and mastoid fistulas is presented. Our case is special due to his age and severe destructive pattern. Patient was treated successfully by bilateral radical mastoidectomy operation.
