ANALYZING KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT THROUGH CONTENT ANALYSIS IN THE LITERATURE ON INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

This study aimed that sourced for the development of wide and indefinite HRM literature issue; European and American based articles assessed individually between the perspectives of both base and method in which elements of European and American approaches applied in perspective on HRM to knowledge management. The concept of knowledge management in HRM is important in that they reveal new areas of research and give direction to literature. This study, between the years 1990-2012 content analysis was conducted in 143 Europe and American based article on knowledge management about HRM literature. This study it was concluded that; the article examined the issue of knowledge management in organization theory literature has given more space than HRM literature, besides obtaining knowledge management also sector researches were insufficient, European based research on knowledge management issues associated with organizational learning but applied analysis of the American based articles have concluded more common.
