Abstract :
In this study, urban rights which is one of the latest forms of rights and the functions of law enforcement agencies in the implementation of these rights are examined. Industrial revolution has accelerated the urbanization and urbanization process. While the rapid growth of population in urban areas has triggered many problems, it has had a leading effect in the formation of new righst like political, economic, social and cultural. Urban Rights has concurrently broken through in this context. Today, the ongoing rapid urbanization and presumable increase in the future has made the urban life and urban rights more and more important. This study involving survey, research and interpretation methods confines the total field under survey to Nigde province. The data has been synthesized using analytical approach and it has been found that law enforcement agencies inevitably has a function in the enforcement of urban rights.
