Abstract :
Gold investment has charmed the hausehold, firms and big investors and make them to use gold in a different transactions. Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) took an important step that by accepting new regulation to give permision for the banks to buy and sell republic gold coins, purchase of gold jewelery, traded on futures and options exchange and standart quality which determined by legal authorities that base on precious metals to purchase and sales contract that to record the idle golds and to earn it the financial system. By years, gold transaction such as deposits and loans has increased in financial statements. Also, in this article it is clarified by using examples how Turkish banking accounting of gold deposit and gold loans.
