  • Abstract
    In this study, the presences of helminth fauna of 7 Cyprinus carpio, 28 Carassius auratus, 21 Carassius gibelio from Emre Dam Lake, Turkey were investigated between April 2006 and August 2007. In the end of the study, three parasite species were identified. Gyrodactylus sp. Nordmann, 1832, Dactylogyrus anchoratus Dujardin, 1845, Dactylogyrus extensus Mueller ve Van Cleave, 1932. Minimum‐maximum and mean intensity of each parasites and infection prevalence were determined using seasonal data, size and sex distribution of the host fish.
