Electrical and Optical Characterization of GaInP Nanofibers produced by Electrospinning
Abstract :
In this study, for the fabrication of the GaInP semiconducting fibers 3 different solutions were prepared. Different chemicals (PVA,DEA,PEG,PVP) were added to the prepared solution for it to adjust its viscosity and then fibers were developed spraying the solution by using electrospinning technique on the conductive glass and aluminium substrates. These obtained fibers were sintered at inert atmosphere. Thermal analyses of the obtained GaInP fibers were examined by using thermogravimetric/differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA) techniques. Electrical and optical properties of the fabricated fibers were examined by using four probe method and UV spectrometer, respectively. Whereas characterization of surface morphology and the crystal structure of the GaInP fiber samples were carried out by means of SEM, AFM and XRD techniques.
