SYNTHESIS MODELING AND ANTIBACTERIAL ACTIVITY OF NOVEL 1,2,3-TRIAZOLYLMETHYL-1,4-BENZOTHIAZINE DERIVATIVES
Abstract :
Due to the importance of heterocyclic systems containing triazole ring. a novel 1,2,3-triazolylmethyl-1,4-benzothiazine derivatives have been synthesized employing both 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition and the click chemistry approach. The structures of these compounds have been elucidated by spectral NMR analysis and confirmation of products was achieved by X-ray diffraction. Further experiments following the DFT study was also performed on these compounds. Moreover, all the synthesized compounds were subjected to in vitro biological evaluation. The various test carried out showed significant antibacterial activities against different microorganisms.
