Application of R’WOT analysis on the trasportation department of a textile firm

Swot analysis is a strategic planning method used to evaluate the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats involved in a project or in a business venture. It involves specifying the objective of the business venture or project and identifying the internal and external factors that are favorable and unfavorable to achieve that objective. But we can not show the results with numerical concepts by swot analysis. In this study, R’wot Analysis is used to expose the existing state of the transportation department. In this technique Ranking Technique and Linear Combination Technique are combined and swot groups and the priorities of swot factors on all these swot groups are determined to numerical values. So that the most appropriate strategy to be selected for the numerical data was obtained.
