  • Abstract
    There is no an available model in Electronics Workbench electronic circuit simulation program for XR4151 voltage-frequency converter integrated circuit. In this study a simulation for XR4151 integrated circuit has been made using Electronics Workbench program. In this simulation some of modeling structures like voltage depended switch, voltage depended current source and some electronic components like operational amplifiers, 555 timer which are available in the program are used.
