Abstract :
This study was carried out to improve the control performance of Linear Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (LPMSM). The motor model simulation was carried out in Matlab / Simulink software and the effect of one parameter on motor control were examined. For the motor control performance, The permanent magnet parameter hpm (thickness of the permanent magnet) were tested in 7 different values. For these values, the results (thrust force, motor current and speed graphs) obtained from the motor control are given. According to the obtained results, changes in this parameter has a positive influence on motor control performance.
