Community houses which established in 1932 and subsist to 1951 had aim to spread Turkish culture, to ensure national unity and in oder to ensure communication between the intellectuals and the people, have actived in order for people to self-development. Community houses manifested in many areas such as fine arts, language, history and literature, helped people to increase their education level with many courses and studies. Afyon Taşpınar which contents of this study has contributed the publication studies at that term. This study aims to examine the music texts’ contents which have located in Taşpınar. For this, it was investigated as author, the date and topics as the culturel development of society how contributed. In this aspect of the study is thought to be important as this would give direction to the comprehensive research.
