Abstract :
There are different conservatories’ names and the different departments, divisions and branch structures of Arts. These differences are reflected in the education and teaching activities programs and made them detached from each other. New programs and activities have been opened without completing old one sand this situation led to new problems. The existing situation is – which title will be taken by conservatory graduates under debate too. Can a four-year bachelor s degree graduate be defined as artist? This study’s idea was prepared due to sufficiency or insufficiency in the infrastructures, graduates’ employability problems and much more subjects, the problems of the conservatory’ structuring etc. Prepared on the basis of the sociological view; the current situation in our country was analyzed, structured questionnaire was prepared and conservatory’s educators were interviewed about the current situation. According to the qualitative data analysis techniques have been analyzed and interpreted. This study thought to be important in terms of structures to attract attention to the problems in the conservatory of our country.
