Abstract :
Pain of labor known and identified sources of pain is one of the most severe and perception varies from individual to individual. The aim of intrapartum care of women at birth, the largest in the best way to manage her pain. Estimates of the experience of low back pain in labor range between 15 and 74 percent of womens at all labors. Possible etiologies of low back pain include a fetal occiput posterior position, the woman s lumbopelvic characteristics, and referred pain from the uterus. Intradermal sterile water blocks injections, decrease back pain during labor, and, to a certain extent, the abdominal pain of labor. Intradermal water injections in four different points around the sacrum injection of 0.05-0.1 ml of sterile water and four are based on the creation of the water bubble.
