Abstract
Emergency services are complicated, crowded and stressfull places. Also they have dynamic and excitement structure. For this reason, the nursing is wonderfull and hard in this caotic enviroment. It’s very important that the professional emergency nurse has knowledge, high-level skills, and she/he use them effectively. I experienced the events while I was working in the emergency department showed me difficulties aspects of emergency nursing.. Therefore, the basis of this review is my experiences which are as human being at the end of three years experience and to cope with the effects of stress in the work environment.
