Abstract
Umbilical cord that transfers which are necessary for fetal development to the fetus through the placenta , waste and re-transmitting structure covered with mucoid collective placenta tissue during pregnancy. After birth, when the umbilical cord will cut is not achieved full consensus on , but lately ,delayed clamping of the umbilical cord, emphasized that the positive effects on babies. There is a need to further study about this delay related to the effects of the long process. The aim of this study is to review of positive and negative effects of delayed cord clamping and umbilical cord milking on newborn.
