Abstract :

Meetings made to commemorate or celeb-rate important events and days that are very important in socio-cultural life of any society, performances made during meeting the ruler in the state, funerals and before beginning to a war are important in culture and art history as much as in political history. These ceremo-nies reflect their ages, especially cultural life, in terms of both form and quality.We shall give information about ceremo-nies which are told with clear statements life-like descriptions and fluent way ( as an acco-unt of his life ) Zahireddin Muhammed Babur who played a very important role in the poli-tical life of Turkey.It is certain that these ceremonies shall gi-ve illuminative and colorful information about socio-cultural lives of XV. and XVI. centuries. We have examined a part of cultural life experienced in Fergana, Kâbil and Dehli fields with the point of a monarch.
