The Functions of the Suffix ‚–sA.
Abstract :
In this study, by depending on examples done by our linguists, the functions of –sA, which is in irrealis moods and generally called as subjunctive mood, were classified into groups. Types of –sA were separated into 4 main groups: conditional mood of –sA, sub-junctive mood of -sA, the -sA which carries time meaning and –sA as chunk sentence connector; and, at the same time, they were exemplified under sub-groups.
