Abstract :
In that writing, it is tried to be examined Mustafa Kutlu s story( Do the locust bloom?)in a semiotic aspect.The text is examined in two main parts and evaluated to timey extent, point of view. It is seen in the end of the storythat the heros of the story can evaluate the events in different ways in the same conditions and the events affect the heros psychology differently.
