Abstract :
Çıldır, Ardahan province, thehistorical background of the old along with development difficulties, is a small town.Çıldır heavy winter remains in effect, intensive migration to the big cities gives. In studies to date, Çıldır center dialect review from the perspective of a work that has not been found. In this study Çıldır center dialect will focus on the sound changes, we made the record in 2010.
