Abstract :
Rebellions in East Anatolia have clearly indicated that Republic thesis has not been understood by community. A need for a new organization which will provide coordination between the central government and its surroundings. Establishing a Community Centre in Van in which there was no Party branch has been regarded as a significant attempt in terms of connection between the central government and public as events taken place in Eastern Anatolia could deepen the communication gap between the Party bodies and the community.His work paved the way for the settlement of the regime in the region of Van community center s branches.
