Abstract :
Territorial inclusion issues through the development of transport infrastructure have a important role on the development issues of countries, particularly those in Sub-SaharanAfrica. Our article focuses on these issues. It shows the landlocked constraints of the Ziguinchor city in Senegal on the transport. The methodology is based on investigations executed by questionnaires, interviews and observations. The perspectives to lift the landlock of the city are based on a reform of the transport policies of the region to improve the supply of land transport and a development of river-sea transport.
