Abstract
Strawberry cultivation has undergone a remarkable development in Morocco since the 1990.It is a booming sector and represents a job market for the population, especially women, ofthe Ghareb and Loukkous region. Knowing that women workers represent more than 75% of the workforce working on strawberry farms, our article, written as part of the work of our thesis, attempts a description of their working conditions. He wonders about the level of enjoyment of these women workers rights and the changes that this work creates in the relationship they have with their family and their community.
