Since its independence, Morocco aspires to set up an Education generalized and of quality. Itfaced a huge deficit in school infrastructure, teacher training, and social support etc.In this context, Morocco has mobilized significant resources to achieve these objectives ;however, if the delay has been relatively overtaken in terms of quantity, the problem ofQuality remains unresolved. This article will discuss the problem of Financing and Quality of Schools in Morocco, including schools built in Ifrane and Marrakech, during the Decade 2000-2010.
