Abstract :
Governance becomes a necessity in the face of the reality of territorialisation. This article is devoted to study revenue autonomy. It implements an empirical research allowing to treat the role of this revenue autonomy in the territorial management. A theoretical analysis of main concepts related to the territorial governance will highlight a conceptual framework adapted to the study of tools available to actors to promote territorial governance. Indeed, this study suggests an approach that integrates the various theories to determine all the factors, especially revenue autonomy, which allow actors to register in a context of territorial governance. The article presents its project in terms of problems and methodology through a survey carried out on the Fez-Meknes region.
