Abstract :
In this study was determined to NH3-nitrogen losses occurring from soil surface, which is applied ammonium sulfate, ammonium nitrate and urea fertilizers and also different precipitation. This investigation was carried out under field conditions and ammonia losses occurred from soil surface was measured with the help of a closed system device. Experiment soil was characterised by having a clay loam soil texture, an alkaline (pH ;8.26) and CaCO3 content of 20.62 %. Experiment area was grown sugar beet before the experiment and then wheat will be grown in next year. In the experiment, 6 kg of pure N da^-1 to be ammonium sulphate, ammonium nitrate and urea fertilizers were applied to the soil surface. After fertilizer applications this experiment plots were applied 0 (control) and 15 mm as artificial precipitation. NH3-N losses occurred from the soil surface on a daily basis has been accumulated in the solution of ammonia concentration. Ammonia concentration in solution after the color transformation of the total ammonia loss was measured by titration. At the end of this experiment, NH3-N losses occurred from fertilizer depending on time showed significant differences.
