Abstract :
Systemic sclerosis (SSc) is an autoimmune disease characterized by the accumulation of collagen fibers in the affected organs, especially the skin and lungs, associated with arteriolar and capillary abnormalities. The lung whose involvement is expressed in two forms (infiltrative pneumopathy and / or pulmonary arterial hypertension) makes the severity of the disease and determines the prognosis. The research for pulmonary involvement during the management or follow-up of a patient with SSc should be systematic. This double physiopathology makes the diagnosis sometimes difficult. But it must be as early as possible to allow the best therapeutic conditions.
