On the agenda formed by firstly democratic deficit, economic, judiciary, administrative and current deficits, on the return of Prime Minister RT Erdogan s trip to Japan, his statement including that Turkey does not have an aim of being a regional or global power points out that Turkish administration faces friction and the strategic deficit. Political developments in Turkey have weakened her hard power, soft power which has been tried to-be established was moved to a difficult point to recover under the influence of internal dynamics differences. This study analyzes how Turkey‟s centers of gravity come under attack within the context of geopolitics and internal political Dynamics as a country being the object of geo-cultural divisions, financial hegemonic projects by energy bottlenecks, neo-colonization, control and surrounding policies.
