Abstract :
The subject of the study is the relationship between energy consumption and economic growth. The main purpose of the study is to analyze the relationship between energy consumption and economic growth, which has been studied by so many economists since 1980s, both theoretically and empirically. The main hypothesis of the study there is a bi-directional causality between economic growth and energy consumption. This relationship is analyzed under the light of this hypothesis
