In this study, information on the content of ayniyat notebook number one has been given. The notebook covers the dates between 16 January and 12 May 1812. In the notebook there are copies of letters and kaimes sent to the local administrators. The number of these records are 327. In these letters and the kaimes issues concerning administrative, judicial, financial, military, social and different issues have been mentioned. The information in the book provides a section on the situation of the Ottoman State in 1812. The records in the book provide information about the demands of the government from the provincial administrators, what the administrators of the provinces are doing right and wrong, in which aspects they exhibit looseness, the relations between the people and administrators in the province and what the people are complaining about. The detailed content of the notebook is covered under different headings in the study.
