THE CAUSALITY TEST BETWEEN ECONOMICS GROWTH, UNEMPLOYMENT AND INEQUALITY OF INCOME
Abstract :
This brief is abstracted that Turkey s great economic growth trend in terms of unemployment and inequality of income. This article has two parts. One is about economics growth and unemployment rate. It is aimed to examine whether catched this growth process reinforce dismissed unemployment. Another important thesis question is what the direction of causality between them. In order to understand these conceptions, Vector Error Correction Model and Granger Causality Test are used in the assessment. The other part is about Economic growth and GINI rate represented inequality of income are analyzed to investigate relation between them. To understand this relationship, It is applied graphical analysis test.
