Abstract
Buildings are exposed to several problems because of enviromental situations or design faults while they are being built. These problems are named ‘building physics problems’ and they causes different deformations in buildings or building component. On the other hand, this situation brings comfortless and unsafe living spaces. In an effort to prevent building physics problems, taking necessary precautions are unavoidable circumstances. Because; not to keep building physics rules cause important damages. The aim of this work are determining building physics problems in the designated place, clarifying and take precautions for similar negativenesses which are being lived in the future. In this context, building physics problems and damages were photographed in the designated place.
