Spintronics Simulation with Monte Carlo Method
Abstract :
In this paper, we demonstrated a Monte Carlo model for a spin injected semiconductor device. Such a different and simple method enables us to generate robust spin structures whose properties can be tuned by the structure s length. As a result, we pointed out that the spin polarization decay time of the simulation is reasonable comparing with D yokonov s analytic derivations.
