Abstract :
Application area of MANET (Mobile Ad Hoc Network) is initially dedicated to military communications and emergency calls. Then, technologies evolution and enterprise interest for civilian application on MANET, involves requirement to improve Quality of Service for those kind of networks. During last 10 years, interesting works was deployed to insure QoS in wired Networks, so it’s remarkable to be able to explore and adapt those techniques for MANET QoS, of course we should take into consideration, band width, dynamic topology, and storage capacity constraints. In this paper we propose a new technique, MCAC (MANET Call Admission Control) , deployed on service level, this application will guarantee that a limited number of VoIP calls is controlled in the MANET and QoS is ensured. When the threshold of calls is reached, MANET proceed interdiction of new calls.
