The study group of the research includes 300 teachers, selected randomly from private and state high schools, Anatolian and Science High Schools in Sivas during the education year 2011 – 2012. “Organizational Creativity Scale” and “Ethical Leadership Scale were used to collect the data”. In order to analysis the data in research, t test, ANOVA test, correlational and simple regression analysis were performed. As a result of analysis, it has been observed that teachers’ organizational creativity perceptions and their ethical leadership perceptions of their managers were at medium level. It is concluded that while there is low relationship between teachers’ ethical leadership perceptions about their managers and their personal creativity perceptions, there is a high level relationship with executive creativity perceptions.
