Title Of Article :
Histochemical Structure of Gastrointestinal Tract of Zander (Stizostedion lucioperca L., 1758)
Abstract :
Purpose of this study was to determine the histochemical structure of zander (Stizostedion lucioperca) on stomach and intestines. Tissue samples were taken from stomach (cardiac, fundus, pylorus), anterior, middle and posterior intestine and performed histochemical staining methods for determination of gastrointestinal mucosubstance. The histochemical stain methods were found to react in all studied parts of zander. The acidic mucosubstance was too much in the stomach, while the neutral and sulphated mucosubstance were found to be too much in the intestine. AB pH 1.0, AB pH 0.5, AB 0.06 M and AB 0.3 practices were identified as relatively weak reaction.
