Abstract :

With modern management approach to survive in new challenges, institutions and organizations are started to be addressed as in systems based on changes in the harmony with their environment. Hence, organization and environment are considered as mutually systems connected to each other s resources. New insights and approaches to environmental perception and evaluation of an organization are needed; especially it is discussed in the natural environment but is not considered in the social aspect of environment of an organization. Unlike the natural environment, including public social environment where all organizations and institutions individuals living integrated, behavior and relationships indicate an environment based on with a whole formed in quantitative elements are not perceived. Using a holistic approach to ecological thought in the social environment will facilitate detection to Institutions or organizations. According to the organizational ecology theory, business organizations act as living organisms in that they undergo a natural selection in which some die out while others evolve and survive. In this study, It has been discussed that it is necessary to detect rigorous approach should be shown at the same time to the natural environment and social environment.
