Abstract :
Rapidly developing internet usage in the globalizing world enables internet as a big market an attractive place both for customers and businesses. To examine the customers’ behavior that purchase from internet and causes for not purchase from internet are important for businesses in order to improve their offerings and have bigger markets. Businesses have started to develop some competitiveness tolls like using social platforms or announcing their offerings via opportunity sites. This study aims to examine customer satisfaction in using opportunity sites. According to analysis results, satisfied customers of purchasing via opportunity sites are higher when compared with dissatisfied customers. Clothing, food, and electronic goods are the product groups that have more complaints about. While lack of trust affects internet purchases negatively, it can be said that internet marketing will be used more effectively in the near future.
