Abstract :
The individuals in organization might show silence behavior by being influenced from diverse factors. This study aims to demonstrate the impact of ethics and justice perceptions in understanding the silence of individuals in organizations. Within this context, in this study it is examined that the effect of organizational ethic values on the behavior of employees’ silence and the mediation role of organizational justice within this effect. To determine the effects of organizational ethical values on silence behavior and mediation role of perception of justice data were collected via questionnaire. Then confirmatory factor analysis is conducted for testing scale reliability; correlation and regression analyses are applied for testing the relationship and mediating effect respectively. Findings reveal that ethical value is a predictor of silence behavior and in this relation justice perception has the effect of mediation.
