Human source is the most leading wealth in organization. Organizational behavior takes an important position in business administration because of the fact that it researches the subject of leading the behaviors of this source on an individual basis and in group for the purpose of organization. In this study, the bulletins taking part in the organizational behavior conference proceedings are investigated in terms of contents and writers by using the network analysis. To that end, the variables of organizational behaviors involved in the bulletins, the universities which the writers of bulletins are member of and the network analysis of the academic title of the writers are presented in this paper.
