In every period of history, children who has been considered by every society as a kind of assets to be protected also faced with many kind of abusements. In the course of the history first regulations about child protection was more about child workers. In the further times the idea that children should have “the rights” as the grown ups provided for them international declarations of the rights of the child. In these accepted declarations the main point was to give the children to have the same equal opportunity-without any discrimination- for education, healthcare services and to ensure the child s full well-being. In the direction of these regulations either national or international policies which base the rights of the child aiming to ensure well-being of the child and is briefly referred to as child welfare.
