Abstract :
This study examining the human resources management policy, the company planned to investigate the effects of these policies in times of crisis. The study of political events in Turkey who live in the Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia intense on the basis of national and local chain stores, regional human resources policy has been constructed to investigate. Centrally located in Ankara also made sampling from national chain stores, similar operation in terms of human resource management in the political events of the less experienced regions with more intensive experience and differences were also investigated.
