Abstract :
The original social sciences have consisted of totalling that has been created by suitable to a society own civilization,-culture-mentality-religion self concepts on the axis of philosophy, sociology, economics, law, politics, psycology, history philosophy, literature, human sciences. These fields are never universal for any society. Because of this, all these sciences have consisted of holistic of a society own civilization, culture, mentality, morality structure. Ottoman Turkish state could gave direction to the world system while it has found own science and social structure features untill 19.century. Modern Turkey has entered the procesing of growing own intellectual academician from onto moderniziting and westernizing social sciences. And that academicans had provided transferring of opinion accord to modern science methodology, positivism and found its’ social system. According to this, The aim of this study is to explain to current knowledge management systems and current academicians scientific thought systems should be how original and imitative for building of a civilization.
